About Me
My Story:
I have, since I was in middle school, enjoyed learning about the history of national parks, and have always found the management and conservation of said parks to be fascinating. This fascination is why I have set my goals as they are.
I aim to work in the Department of the Interior, get a government internship, and work on maintaining interstate relations as well as in conservation, specifically with the National Park Service.
Who I Am/What I do:
I am a political conservationist and a political science student at Virginia Tech, who has a deep appreciation for the National Park Service and the Department of the Interior. The deep-rooted history and beauty of parks and the government are why I do what I do. I plan to work on interstate management in the Department of the Interior and, in the future, work on possible park policies.
